A true sealer / finish, filling in pores of worn or porous floors. Acts as base coat for any resilient or non-resilient floor, including terrazzo. Provides unsurpassed adhesion on substrates showing adhesion sensitivity (e.g. semi-porous unglazed ceramic/quarry tile and rubber/mondo floors). Excellent base coat or as a one product system for linoleum. Easily removed with conventional stripping agents.
